Narendra Modi has been known as a divisive force but in his most vitriolic speech in recent memory Modi has now claimed that the Congress would redistribute people's wealth amongst Muslims. However for Modi this is nothing new he has a long and successful track record of doing this and being rewarded as well. Why did Modi change track ???
