In this picture books for beginners tutorial, I'm going to show you how to make a childrens book focusing specifically on how to make a picture book page in word and powerpoint.

Writing Children's Picture Books can be a real blast and give you a real sense of accomplishment but it doesn't come natural to everybody. In today's video I'm going to show you how to write a children's picture book, creating a children's picture page, so stick around.

Making a children's picture book can be quite intimidating especially if you're like me and can't even draw a stick figure. Well you can relax because with the help of some stock images I've downloaded from pixabay.com, I'm going to show you how to make a children's book illustration, with zero drawing skills needed.

The key to this quick and easy way to make completely new picture pages based on already existing images comes from learning the easy trick of how to insert an image into another image using word and powerpoint.

I personally prefer making a picture book in powerpoint because there are a few less steps, but take a look at the video and try both methods and you decide which works best for you.

In an effor to make the video as short as possible, without jeopardizing valuable information, once I show how to layer the images, I speed up the video to move things along, quicker.
