In my constant search for wildlife to photograph, I've spent relatively little time with Black Bears. I've spent much more time with Grizzly Bears and Brown Bears over the years. In this video I explain how I find Black Bears and other wildlife to photograph. I had so much fun making this video, it's a video I've been looking forward to making for well over a year now. Not only did I get to spend a few days tracking and looking for these beautiful Black Bears, I also had a surprise encounter with a pair of American Martens (Pine Martens). This was a wonderful, albeit brief encounter.
