I regard Garganey as the most difficult of the common ducks to photograph in the U.K. Shy birds that normally keep a distance. This one however, was very tame and approachable. It had no legs rings on to indicate it was an escaped bird from a captive collection.

I used the OM1 Mk2 for the stills photography and the Lumix G9 Mk2 for the video. I can see little difference between the Mk1 and Mk2 OM1, but I have not had it long enough to say what I think yet.
