Hundreds of puppies were welcomed into homes across the country during the pandemic. But as lockdown eases, and our busy lives resume animal centres are struggling to cope with a rapid rise in unwanted dogs, and there are fears that some abandoned pups may shockingly have to be euthanised. Today, we’re joined by Dr Scott, and Niall Lester the cofounder of New Hope Animal Rescue, which is dedicated to helping the dogs at risk of being put down.
