While the clips we have of Phil are dwindling, we came across this one from a year ago and were astonished at the difference in Phil a small amount of time made. Phil went up and down in energy levels through his life until finally we found a vet that agreed to treat him for cushings despite his test results being within 'normal' parameters. Within weeks of his meds he had a new lease of life and he became so much more happy. Here you can see him out in the snow which of course ws his favourite, he's bounding around (for Phil) so eager happy and content with life. There are no signs of degenerative mylepothy here, Phil was lucky it came later in his life, some dogs get it from as early as 8 and once diagnosed it's a rapid decline. Phil will always be remembered as a happy joyful soul, he made everyone else feel happy just by looking at him! It's lovely to find a video randomly seeing him in his happy moments.
