In regards to dust, I say minimal even though the swipe test made my finger look dusty. This is because the dust on my finger was actually of pretty large particles that wouldn't be floating around in the air.

Here are my final thoughts: I think for the price and how the product worked, you are better off spending your money elsewhere. The additional ingredients that made up this litter did not add much improvement to the litter and it's very similar to other tofu litter I have tried.
