Controversial author Jordan Peterson told media in the lead up to his appearance on the Q&A program he believed the ABC putting noted transgender activist and author Cate McGregor on the panel with him was a "set up". The panel included author Van Badham, Special Minister of State Alex Hawke, and Shadow Minister for Employment Terri Butler.
