EVERY woman has a period, has THAT time of month where they go into their menstrual cycle. While no one would describe it as an absolute joy, there are certainly ways to make it a little less dreadful! Knowing and understanding how to use the musthave products, such as pads (and the different types of pads), tampons and other products, makes a massive difference.

Hopefully there is some period advice in here that is helpful to you, and make sure to ask your doctor, mom, sister, or anyone close to you in your life when making important decisions around your period.
