Pork ribs 1.5 kg
Salt 1.5 tsp (taste)
Black ground pepper to taste
Dried garlic to taste

Glaze:
Ketchup 4 tbsp.
Soy sauce 4 tbsp.
Honey 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce (if any) 12 tbsp

1. Salt the pork ribs to taste, season with dried garlic and ground black pepper.
2. Bake on a wire rack for 1 hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.
3. Remove the ribs from the oven, pack in 2 layers of foil, bake for another 1 hour 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. At first the ribs were browned, but now they are well simmered. As a result, we get soft, tender and very juicy meat.
4. In the meantime, prepare the glaze. Mix all the ingredients, let it boil and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
5. The last stage: we take out the ribs from the foil, spread them with glaze and send them to the oven for 15 minutes.
6. Everything is ready! The aroma is simply incredible no one can resist such a yummy.
