Session 1 in the Perfect Business Planning course tackles the emotional and databased part of business planning.

Amy + Kevin start by walking through the fundamentals of business planning, including the "why", the commitment and mission statements, and accountability.

They then move into transactions and looking into 2021's business. It's important to understand the stats and sources of business so that we may set relevant goals, and amp up our focus in the areas that bring us the most growth (or have the potential to!)
