The Peel&Seal applicator is retrofitted to your bagger and is easy for Operators to use.
The Peel&Seal applicator system has two components and retrofits to new or existing vertical formfillseal baggers.
Utilizing a smooth rotary unwind, the Peel&Seal applicator delivers the tape on demand, continuously applying the tape in the direction of film flow, while maintaining current line speeds.

When wrapping different SKUs, the Peel&Seal tape location on the package may need to change. The second component seen here between the red side plates, is mounted in the film unwind area, allow the tape to be easily repositioned across the web.

The Peel&Seal material is applied to the outside of the packaging film, parallel to the linear side of the package.
No heat is used to apply the tape. The tape is thin and flexible there is no change to the former or the seal jaws.
With Peel&Seal reseal on your package, consumers can store the product in its original packaging, keeping your brand top of mind with your consumers.
This Peel&Seal package sample was made on a Vertical Form Fill Seal Bagger using a packaging film with an easy to open peelable heat seal. The Peel&Seal feature runs the length of the package.
The user peels back the tape and parks it to the side. Even when a package has been torn Peel&Seal is an effective reseal.
The package opening is unrestricted and allows full access to the product, making it easy to reach inside or to pour some out.
As the user rolls the bag down, the air is squeezed out of the package, extending the freshness of the product inside. The compacted package size works well in the freezer, cabinet or for on the go snacking, and signals the consumer it’s time to buy more.
