Nurse practitioners and faculty Kristen Brown and Lisa Stambolis represent two different ends of the pediatric practitioner spectrum — acute care and community health. But after decades spent with youth from birth to 22, in various stages of health, there’s much to talk about.

Lisa Stambolis, RN, CPNP is a community health pediatric nurse practitioner and currently senior project manager for Neighborhood Nursing, a new, nurseled initiative for community health.

Kristen Brown, DNP, CRNP, CPNPAC, CHSEA, FAAN is an acute care pediatric nurse practitioner, associate professor and Associate Dean for Simulation and Immersive Learning at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing.
