Brian Abelson

Pectoralis Release MSR Procedures In this video, Dr. Abelson demonstrates Motion Specific Release (MSR) procedures for releasing the Pectoralis Major & Minor Muscles. The pectoralis minor, a smaller, triangular muscle located beneath the pectoralis major, functions to stabilize the scapula by drawing it anteriorly and inferiorly toward the thoracic rib cage, which is essential for scapulothoracic mobility and respiration mechanics.
