I visit many different condos and apartments in the Central Pattaya area. Only the condos and apartments I'm seriously considering and would recommend to friends and family make it into my videos. Cheap rent and an excellent location for quick access around the city are why I love this area of Pattaya, Thailand. From all these properties, I'm less than a 9minute scooter ride away from every place I want to be in the city.
Gig helps me translate the rent information. Most people showing me property in this area speak very little English. A pocket translator can be frustratingly slow in these situations. The benefit of living away from the crazy busy tourist beach area comes at the price of being surrounded by folks who don't speak English. That's a fair and manageable trade.
