Pasty Chives Pie Recipe:

Water dough:
All purpose flour: 150g
Boiling water: 50g
Room temperature water: 50g

Oil dough:
All purpose flour: 85g
Oil: 45g

Garlic chives 200g
3 eggs
vermicelli 3040g
dried shrimps 5g
oyster sauce 15ml
sesame oil 20ml
vegetable oil 15ml

Water: 1 tbsp
Flour: 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds as needed
