Hello! Yes, I know dry January is through, but this non alcoholic cocktail was too good not to share! It hits all the notes of the original paper plane, and is just so so tasty. If you have anyone in your life who doesn’t drink, you will blow them away with this one, I promise. Fruity, bitter, malty, toasty and tart all the flavors just play so nicely together in this cocktail, its no wonder the original has become such an instant classic.

Non Alcoholic Paper Plane:

3/4 oz Ghia Aperitif
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Szechuan Peppercorn & Chili Syrup
1/2 oz Roasted Barley Tea
4 drops Vanilla Extract
4 dashes Peychaud Bitters
1/2 bar spoon of Cinchona Bitters/ or 2 dashes of angostura bitters
