Value centric design. What does it mean?

In this lesson from my student membership I share strategies on how to leverage values in constructing engaging compositions. Value awareness is particularly important when working with expressive subject matter that shifts/moves away from strict representation (where the value structure builds form).

Also, totally laughing because the onset of this video includes backwards text my apologies for forgetting my cell camera did that! the order of the elements referenced are desing, value, color, risk, texture and soul.
