I love lighthouses they are some of my favourite subjects to paint. Here is another take at a lighthouse scene that I have painted before, but this time I wanted to create an almost monochromatic, twilight scene in just a handful of colours.

Baohong Master's Choice 100% cotton 300 gsm cold press paper, 23 x 31 cm ( 9 x 12 in)

French Ultramarine (Winsor&Newton)
Indigo (Art Spectrum)
Payne's Grey (Rockwell Canada)
Indian Yellow (Schmincke Horadam)
Quinacridone Sienna (Daniel Smith)
