Paco says "I love you"

1. The play pen was used at the time to prevent our other dog from licking his eyes and getting them infected, and a play pen is an open alternative to a closed kennel, also, Paco does not walk on hard floors, he likes soft material to walk on, and it provides more area to play around in as opposed to a traditional kennel.
2. Paco has been making human like sounds way before we heard him "vocalize" the phrase "I love you!", also, he "coughs" without making any other sounds.
3. Paco's knee on his back leg slipped out of the joint. He had surgery several years ago to repair the issue, however the internal sutures never worked correctly, and the surgery was a failure.
