Hello Glam Fam! Welcome back to my channel. Today I am doing a video showing how to install your dance fitness pole, put it in spin mode vs static mode, and lastly how to dismantle your pole. I was sooooo juiced and inspired after watching P Valley I decided to go take pole dancing classes (Video coming soon) now I have upgrade and got a pole for my house. I have two type of pole the basic flat pole (this video), and the more elegant dome shaped pole (next video).
