Locker Nuts episode 586

This is a Locker Nuts first! I was contacted by a gentleman who had moved to Hawaii 6 years ago. He had put his stuff in storage and has been paying rent since. He saw one of my videos and made me a proposition to purchase his unit sight unseen. That sounds kinda nuts... so I told him... I'm in! After receiving the keys via FedEx, let's hop in the Sprinter van and head up to see what we've gotten ourselves into this time.
