My “Overland” truck camping drawer! A brief down and dirty look at how I built a drawer system for under $20 that fits all my camping needs.

Supplies used
1 4x8 sheet of 1/2 OSB
1 box 1 inch screws

All left over wood was used to make the drawer.
Drawer dimensions: 73 inch long x 20 inches wide x 6 inches tall
Middle brace placed at 37 inches
4 1 inch by 24 inch strip cut as sliders
Placed 18 inches apart to fit the grooves in the truck
1 24 inch strip on each corner of the box

I love camping and being able to get up and go has been the goal with this truck build. Part of that system is my "Overland Camping Drawer" This carries all the needed items to get up and go. In the drawer I carry a Coleman grill, Fuel, a camp cup, 2 coffee cups (gotta have one for the wife), 2 camp chairs, 2 hammocks, a french press, and the needed utensils.
Now this is just a down and dirty look at how I built this drawer. I am by no means a carpenter but this has served its purpose. I used all the left overs from my platform bed build to do this as a last minute idea before we headed out for the week. I know there are lots of imperfections but it was a quick and dirty build.
