You can see how overgrown this yard from the outside. Of all the yard transformation I did, this was the most challenging and satisfying one.

I've been trying to call on this property for months, but I finally got hold of them. It took 12 hours split in two days to transform this place.

Whenever I see an overgrown yard like this, it could mean a few things:

1. They are unwell and have family issues or other personal matters.
2. They are broke and couldn't afford to hire someone, or their mower broke and can't afford to get it fixed.
3. They're lazy and couldn't be bothered

Whatever reason they may have these yards still need to be transformed. Although it would be more appropriate to prioritise those whom who really deserved it.
