Birreria munguia specializes in oven baked goat Birria. This isn’t too common in LA so I was very excited to try this out. The food here was very very good. They start preparing and slow cooking their goat 2 days in advance. I got to try a little bit of everything and I loved all of it. The goat has crispy edges but the middle is still soft, juicy and has a little bit of fat. Such good textures and flavors. I also love their chorizo beans. They’re packed with the Birria spice and chorizo. So creamy and hearty. Really good with the tostadas. I definitely recommend coming here. Just show up early because they sell out fast.

This spot is a full blown mini grocery store. I usually go to this place to pickup marinated meats To go. I finally decided to come try the food they serve and man it was so good. Flavors were very authentic. They got all of the Best Mexican comfort foods. I got to try their carnitas tacos, menudo and costillas. The marinate and meat quality is some of the best. You guys have to Come here to eat, take meat to go or just want some produce for the house.
