Sam also talked about his upcoming book, "Clanlands in New Zealand" which he cowrote with his "Outlander" costar Graham McTavish. While chatting with Access he revealed why they wanted to explore the country and spilled on working with his close friend! Sam and Graham's new book "Clanlands in New Zealand" is out Nov. 17.
