Is it possible to celebrate a Swedish christmas in the Philippines? Well, no, but in the relative "cold" of Bukidnon (no snow is ok with both of us), adjusted cooking and with some presents brought from Sweden we did our best! No "surströmming", "inlagd sill" etc, but our first christmas as a married couple went well even so! The grilled pork, creamy chicken and homemade cake were yummy! Candle light dinner in the dark by the pool, as the brown out hit, haha!
