Collecting vinyl records can also lead to a never ending quest of the most amazing audio quality. Today I am reviewing the Ortofon 2M Bronze Nude Fine Line Stylus and the SH4 Head Shell. Ortofon sent me this Remounted Cartridge combo to test out and see if it would be an upgrade over my Ortofon 2M Blue. SPOILER ALERT IT IS! Very much so!
I personally think that your system starts with the SOURCE and when listening to vinyl the Pieces of Vinyl are the SOURCE the closest thing the source is the Stylus and Cartridge which are literally touching the source. So upgrading the phono cartridge can be a really awesome way to get better sound from your system. This Ortofon 2M Bronze is a SERIOUS upgrade!
