Below are my study with me stream info!
Default Schedule: [6 am] to [4 pm] EDT (GMT 4) Everyday except Friday!
We take a 30minute break after every three 50/10minute sessions, total 9 sessions. After 2 month of studying 13 hours a day with no big breaks, I can confidently say that having a longer break like this increases productivity significantly and increases your enjoyment too.
