In this video, I talk about how to decide if buying commercial property and investing in an actual building makes sense. Or if renting is right for you, OR if staying at home and working is what makes the most sense.
Renting commercial space can be stressful not knowing how long you can really be there. On the flip side, some renters have amazing relationships with their landlords, and that works for them! Buying has its downsides of extra taxes and menial tasks that take away from the creation process all on its own. Staying at home offers the most freedom financially, however, if you want to separate your family from the business it can get a little messy.
