Tyrant officer attempted to get my identification because I was parked legally on a street which he claimed was located in a private HOA community however there were no signs at either of the two entrances making the public aware of a possible private road. In Delaware all private roads must be clearly marked so any reasonable person could read and understand it is private. The department is no good just like officer Bullock. I tried to request the body camera videos, 911 dispatch call and CAD communications however they refused to provide it. No transparency.
