My morning workout is incomplete without my nutritious, satiating morning smoothie. Recipe below.
Ingredients
1 cup of berries (any berries!)
2 handfuls of chopped kale
2 tablespoons of cacao powder
1 teaspoon of açaí powder
1 teaspoon maca powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon carob powder
1 teaspoon moringa powder
Put the berries and 1 handful of kale in a Nutribullet. Add the powders. Top the mixture with the other handful of kale. Fill the Nutribullet halfway up with water. Blend till smooth.
I drink my smoothie with some banana, an apple slice, a mango slice, a pear slice, a bell pepper slice, and an orange slice. Enjoy!
