***Baked in oven preheated to 425 degrees for 1015 mins. Then TURNED MY OVEN DOWN TO 300 degrees and baked for about an hour. (Baking time will depend on your oven)

INGREDIENTS I USED:

1 Stick Unsalted Butter (Melted)
2 C Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1/4 Tsp. Salt
4 Large Eggs
1 Tbsp Cornmeal
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1/4 C Evaporated Milk
1 Tbsp Distilled White Vinegar
1 9 Inch Deep Dish Pie Shell
Dusting of Powdered Sugar
* I also added 1/4 Tsp of Nutmeg in my 2nd pie!
