For the second stop of my road trip to the Benny's Pizza Invitational, I dropped into Steve & Tammy's Tavern in Miamisburg, Ohio to take on OinkaDoodle Moo's "EIEIO" BBQ Platter Challenge! Brave eaters have just one hour to finish one full rack of BBQ ribs, one large barbecue chicken breast, a massive sandwich consisting of: pulled chicken, pulled pork, sliced brisket, and brisket tips all smothered in coleslaw and more BBQ sauce, along the way you must finish 3 8oz sides of your choice. Winners earn their challenge meal for free, a groovy tshirt, and a spot up on the Wall of Fame!
