1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 5.1 OZ Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
3 Cups Milk
1 20 Oz Can Crushed Pineapple, undrained
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Sweetened, Shredded Coconut
1 Tub Whipped Topping
1/2 Cup Pecans, Chopped and Toasted
1 Jar Maraschino Cherries, Rinsed and Halved
Prepare cake in a 9x13 pan according to directions, let cool. Poke holes in cake with end of a wooden spoon. In a medium pan, bring pineapple and sugar to boil. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Pour over cake. Sprinkle coconut over. Prepare the pudding with milk and stir for two minutes, pour over pineapple. Spread whipped topping over then sprinkle nuts and cherries all over. Refrigerate 34 hours.
