A suspect wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a 29yearold Toronto man in the city’s east end last summer has topped a list of Canada’s most wanted fugitives, police announced Tuesday.
A $100,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Michael Bebee, a 35yearold wanted in connection with the murder of Shamar PowellFlowers exactly nine months ago.
The reward was announced Tuesday as Toronto police unveiled the “be on the lookout” (BOLO) program’s updated list of the Top 25 most wanted fugitives across Canada.
