Officer Doug Stanton (Brandon Routh) attempts to arrest a complete stranger that did not fit any criminal description that was listed. He even went over the line and used excessive force, along with drawing his gun and pointing it at the entire family, while telling Jackson West to arrest everyone.
He's a bad cop.
