Odoo’s equipment management application helps manufacturing teams handle corrective and preventative maintenance requests and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

A few feature highlights for Maintenance
• Draganddrop Kanban board with a calendar view to easily manage corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Easily create and assign new teams or log new equipment with detailed product information such as vendor reference, serial, or model numbers.
• Automate preventative maintenance to head off equipment failures before they are realized.
• Acceptable inputs for expected mean time between failure (MTBF), preventative maintenance frequency, and maintenance duration; autocalculated outputs based on historical data, including MTBF, mean time to repair (MTTR), and more.
• Works seamlessly with other Odoo MRP apps, like Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Quality, and Repairs

Maintenance is super useful when used alongside Odoo’s Manufacturing and Shop Floor apps in order to keep production lines running smoothly.

Pricing
All of Odoo's applications are free to use under the Community (opensource) version and pricing starts at about $25 per user on the Enterprise/SaaS version, which includes a bunch of extra features along with optional cloud hosting which is included for free.
