1 1/2 Cup of flaked oats
400 ml of water
4 medium apples
1/2 Cup of Raisins
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
2 cinnamon sticks
Optional: cane or agave syrup
Measuring cup: 250 ml
Mold 16 cm diameter, 7 cm high
