This is a video of the notill brassica planting into Buckweet method. This method works great. If you get good germination of the buckwheat and the buckwheat gets nice and tall you won’t have many weeds in your Plots. I’ve done this method for two years and have had good results.

If you have smaller plots you could crush down with tires alone. Buckwheat crushes with one pass you do not need a cultipacker to use this method just use your ATV or car tires it will just take longer.
