There are steps that must be taken to give notice of death to creditors when filing for probate or when settling a trust, but you as the estate executor, administrator or trustee may have questions about the notice of death and debt which is why I have created this video… to answer the question “how long do creditors have to collect a debt from an estate?” and help give you an overview of the process as a whole.
