There's a lot of talk about generational cohorts, which give us context and identity. But Amy Stack says she is stuck somewhere between two highly discussed generations. This microgeneration is known as the “Xennials" who share traits with Gen X and Millennials, but are the only group to have equal parts of their formative years in analog and digital. Amy knows life before and after the digital revolution. Even if they don’t neatly fit into the generation before or after them, they do serve an important purpose. They can serve as a bridge and balance between groups that truly have different outlooks –one a bit more pragmatic and sometimes received as cynical, and one that is more optimistic and sometimes received as naïve.
