Do the plumbing gods hate us? Plumbing is suppose to be fun but how do these jobs have a way of finding us? Another day in the life of a plumber and we have a heating system not working, we have 1 radiator not working and its not the obvious, we have checked the TRV pin, both valves open, no air in radiator and shut all the other radiators off. Normally if you have 1 radiator not working one of these will fix the issue but we tried all this and still no joy. Its a stubborn one

The technique in this video is great to try if you have 1 radiator not working and you suspect its a blockage in the pipework to the radiator....only if you have tried all the basic checks first, but what happens when all this fails?

There was no other way forward other than to re pipe this one radiator which was the other side of the house in an extension and boiler being the other side of the house and we had to use speed fit which which i will admit i am not much of a fan but when the situations right it works great. The route was hard, the access was restricted and our patience was thin..just another day in the life of a plumber.
