"Fastest Dog on a Scooter"


Norman, a threeyearold French sheepdog, earned the title Friday in Georgia. He traveled 30 meters in 21.75 seconds, beating the old record by more than nine seconds. The Guinness Book of World Records still must certify the results. Normal has been riding the scooter since he was a puppy. Video from CBS Atlanta.
