In this new Norland gameplay video, I started a new save keeping in mind what I learned in the previous videos. Some of the strategies I put into practice:

• no investing in warriors at the beginning of the game;
• focus on research, but always with someone who is part of the royal family. Learning from hired lords can speed things up, but when the contract expires you lose the knowledge, which is very bad;
• I sought to hire a lord with some management skills, to share the leadership burden and not overload one of the members of the royal family.

Things were going well until the king's brother, who was the best manager and negotiator available, simply died. I didn't even see what happened, but he was probably attacked by an animal in the forest.

So here's the lesson: Norland can be a treacherous and merciless game.
