This certainly wasn’t what I was expecting but what a unique experience. I absolutely loved this original and quirky adventure set in a futuristic Louisiana. The atmosphere was as thick as the smoke bellowing out the industrial chimneys, and the characters were memorable and masterfully crafted. The writing was very impressive, poetic in places, touching in others, and some genuinely hilarious moments, made it perfectly rounded, leaving me completely invested and immersed in its outcome.

I was very impressed with the overall package Norco had to offer. It excels in so many areas, especially its story telling and character development and is thick with atmosphere and intrigue.

Norco is insanely imaginative with some weird and eerie undertones running through the story. I don’t normally entertain games which are laden with such a heavy text burden but the writing is such a joy to behold that it was an absolute pleasure to read.

There were so many interesting characters to meet, and the puzzles were interesting and immersive, but perhaps weighted towards the easy side.

I loved the atmosphere of the game with its wonderful soundtrack and clever use of pixel art. It has to be one of my favourite point and click adventures I’ve ever played.
