Soak 12 dried apricots in hot water, soak a quarter cup of dried cranberries in hot water set aside
In a bowl, and a half a cup of chopped pecans, a half a cup of chopped hazelnuts, a fourth, a cup of pumpkin seeds, half a cup of sunflower seeds, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, 1/2 a cup of chopped almonds, 1/2 cup pinenuts, 1/2 cup cashews, two egg whites, 2 tablespoons of warmed honey, strain dry and dice up your apricots and add to the mix, strain dry and add dried cranberries, mix, press into Sconecutter over lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, pull out of oven and lightly sprinkle with fresh cracked salt and then thoroughly cool and enjoy :)
