EDIT: I have found that increasing the fridge temp has helped prevent this problem from occurring. I have mine set to 39 degrees and have seen fewer problems. 5/16/23

Hold + and Freezer temp side (hold 10 seconds)
Tap + Fridge temp side 2x to enter diagnostics mode (should see "2 oF)
Tap + Fridge temp side until display reads 72 oF
Tap CUBE to turn test on (note will flash between "on" and current temp)
Allow temp to rise while defrost mode runs it's course
Tap CUBE to go to another test mode OR
Hold + and Freezer temp side for 10 seconds to exit diagnostics mode
Tap and button to get rid of power loss message

No blow dryer or heat gun needed. No screw driver, flashlight, or fridge repair experience needed. Learn to enter diagnostic testing mode for this model fridge and use the service data sheet that techs use to perform tests and initiate diagnostic tests for various problems. This video focuses on NO ICE, assuming you have water flowing to the fridge.

If changing the water filter did not fix your NO ICE issue, try this. I could not see frost accumulation until I took apart the ice maker the back was a block of ice. Initiate defrost mode and start back at square one. My fridge was in defrost most for around 20 minutes. By the next day, I had cubes again!

Important to note: This is the second time my fridge did not produce ice in only one year of ownership (now a few days out of warranty go figure). The first time, the fridge was leaking water from the ice dispenser. That time, replacing the water filter helped. This time, it had to be forced to defrost.
