I go through in this video how to remove the Deck of a Crasftman t240 and change the belt.

10 out 10 stars for no experience required. All you need is a pare of needle nose pliers, a 3/8 ratchet with extension, and 8mm socket or wrench. (air compressor for blowing off debris, but a brush would work just fine)
Any body can do this if you have a little bit of time.
