Inside the protective container you have the main motor unit with the 18 oz vessel and leak proof lid preinstalled, along with a USBC cable. In addition, you also have an instructional manual and best tips guide.

The leakproof lid is made of hard plastic with an easy to open button that allows you to blend and drink in the same cup, also opening and closing prompts the lid to make a click sealing noise. Turning the main motor unit around, the USBC port is exposed which will allow for the USBC cable to be installed for charging. With a couple of twist, you will unscrew the 18 oz vessel. The vessel is made of highquality thick plastic, the plastic does not bend or is dented when pressing firmly. The main motor unit has 6 sharp blades where you can tell that they are made of highquality steel. In addition, the main motor unit is rechargeable by using any USBC compatible cable, it is recommended that before the first use, the motor unit is fully charged. Once the main unit is fully charged, the start/stop button will glow a solid green.

Let’s put the blender in action.

To operate, the vessel needs to be correctly installed, if installed correctly, the start/stop button will have a solid purple light, otherwise it will be solid white. Fist, line up the motor and vessel unit within the arrows, fill in with liquids first, always and then solid ingredients. If using ice, always add last. Then press the on/off button, wait for 3 seconds until the start/top button cycles to a solid purple color. Once it is solid purple you press the start button and let it blend. The unit will run for 30 seconds. However, if I want to stop it manually, just press the stop button.

You can use the blender up to 15 times with one charge, one charge takes approximately 2hrs. Also, the main motor unit will have different color warnings that will allow to troubleshoot the unit.

• The lid snaps open to reveal the drinking piece, along with having a handle for carrying.
• Both the vessel and lid are dish washable safe on the top rack.
• Main motor if accidently soaked the USBC is water resistant. Nevertheless, before charging make sure you aid dry it.
• It comes with a nice packaging.
• The main motor is quiet and powerful.

Now the Cons.
Cons:
• Too expensive, you might as well buy a semiprofessional blender and pay the extra bucks.
• Unable to remove or replace the blades.
• Batter life could have been better to provide more blending.
• Unable to submerge the entire main motor unit under water for rinsing, but it is water splash resistant.
• It lacks a base covering for detaching the vessel without having to carry around the motor.
• It lacks a pulsing mode for easier blending/crushing of ice.
• It lacks additional safety if the id is off, and you accidently start the blender.

In conclusion, the ability to have a highgrade unit for blending on the go is a plus, it is definitely worth the money, that is, if you don’t mind paying high premium dollars. It is well made by a company that specializes in blenders and dominates this unique market. Nevertheless, with the many competitors in the market battling to dominate this unique niche, there are plenty of other options that can fulfill the missing pieces where the Ninja Blast Portable Blender lacks. I personally like the power and the high quality of this blender.
